All good today, we have had a morning together putting together our new presentations for the Rotary District Conference 3220 being held this afternoon and tomorrow. The presentation tomorrow will be in front of around 800 rotarians from across Sri Lanka - some that we have already met or stayed with - so it will be an interesting experience for us all.
I think we all managed to get a pretty good nights sleep last night too, and for the first time in days I woke up without my alarm clock shouting at me. We have all been so busy and had so many late nights/early mornings it was getting quite difficult for us all to take everything in without just wanting to have a sleep!
My new host family (they are the fifth family I have stayed with, and have five more to go) are great. Their flat is just by the sea and they are lovely, so so welcoming and warm. Feel very lucky to find such great people who just welcome us into their homes and let us stay, and are keen to find out as much about us as we want to about them.
This is an incredible trip for us all and I'm sure life-changing in so many ways
